The founders

The Founders of a French Interior Design Studio in Marbella

A French maison working exclusively on the Costa del Sol, founded on a simple condition: the architecture and the furnishing are never separated. After a decade of projects across France, Julian Quari and Maeva Vera relocated the atelier to Marbella to focus on the Costa del Sol.

Julian Quari

Interior architecture & construction

A former Compagnon du Devoir in France, Julian retains the guild ethos of measure, proportion and exacting execution. He also runs an active construction company in France, working on high-end new-build villas and houses.

That dual practice gives the atelier an unusual advantage: every design is drawn with a builder's knowledge of structure, cost and feasibility. French technical rigour is not a slogan here; it is the standard against which every detail is checked.

Maeva Vera

Interior design & furnishing

Maeva began as an interior decorator and spent years as a real estate agent before founding the maison. That background shapes how she sees space: not only as a composition, but as a place that must live well, hold value and endure.

She curates each project with the same precision she once applied to matching a buyer with a property: fewer pieces, better chosen, each one made to earn its place. Nothing enters a room without a reason.

Approach

How a Luxury Interior Architecture Project Unfolds

The sequence is never compressed. Rigor at the beginning is what makes restraint possible at the end.

I

Consultation

We visit the space, listen, and establish scope, calendar and budget. Nothing is drawn yet.

II

Concept

Plans, elevations and a material register. One direction is presented, argued and refined.

III

Sourcing

Workshops appointed, bespoke pieces drawn and prototyped, materials reserved and sampled.

IV

Execution

Site supervised weekly. Contractors coordinated by the maison, quality checked against drawings.

V

Delivery

Installation, styling and handover. A dossier of every material, supplier and drawing remains with you.

The maison accepts a limited number of commissions each year.
